Hey guys, it’s a fan-made parody-promo thing for :iconthereal-oct:. [No, it’s not part of the audition, phhhbbbbt].

And it wasn’t made in flash.

Yep, all 1.5 minutes of this was made in pure WMM [a bit of proof to the doubters: [link] thankfully I had a file converter, so it’s in avi format.

Q: Why not flash?
A: I have absolutely NO clue how it works.

Q: How many pictures/how long did it take?
A: A little under 300. It took two days and god-knows-how-many hours.

Q: How many times did WMM implode on you?
A: Twelve times ;____; Thrice when I was almost finished, too… I ended up having to save parts as clips, test out the timing, and saving it.

Q: What is this parodying?
A: The opening to a girly action anime called Angelic Layer. People make little figures and use their minds to fight with them—sorta like the Real, huh?

Q: Why is your shirt black instead of striped?
A: Since I have a diverse wardrobe *coughIforgotcough*

Q: Door? WTF?
A: It’s a door outta The Real. I wanna go home!

Q: Who is featured in the cameo-blips?
A: In order, for the first one: :icongogodan: and his OC Goldman, :iconkiwiibird:, :iconklonoawarrior:, :icongogodan: again, :iconbrekkers: and her OCS, :iconcheeko:, and my OC Alfie. The second one are the judges/NPCs,
The no background OC ones are :iconluvtehcomix:’s Alaster, :icondevicon:’s Skull, :iconsavari07:’s Makwa, :iconalphaistic:’s Licola and :iconphitus:’s Jen.

Q: Are you going to make little citations on the video?
A: Yes. But it’s 6AM in the morning, and Ive had no sleep, so not right now…

Q: Are you gonna write out a huge disclaimer list below here that is both pointless and redundant?
A: HELLLLLL NO!

Oh, and yes WMM "implodes" on me too. Back when I was working on a fanmade Sinnoh Pokerap, it did that a couple of times. At one point, I went really far with it but didn't save. Heh. I guess you know how I felt then.

Yo glad you're doing animation, and that you did something long like this! Just watch out that you re draw every frame, because it looks bad when you can tell only one thing is moving xD Even look in cartoon disney movies, even though it's really clean, the character doesnt look dead still even when they're not moving.

I'd love to see you do more of these c: Scott's been getting into animation too lately, and I wanna try out flash. Since my friend Travis can show me how it works, apparently it's really simple once explained.

It especially suckss when I'm doing my best to get the timing right, so I add in a couple more pictures, then I get ahead of myself and add so many--- and then it freezes up.

I usually pray that it does the 'WMM found a project file saved before it shut down, do you want to load it?' function...
